Preparation steps
- heat a sauté pan and add olive oil
- cook tomato paste and spring onion white parts with lime leaf for 2-3 minutes until fragrant
- stir in chilli flakes, stock, tamarind paste, soy sauce, palm sugar and salt and simmer for 10 minutes on medium low heat
- add bean sprouts and cook for 1 minute until softened
- divide savoy cabbage between 4 bowls and ladle in the soup
- top with remaining spring onions and red chilli
