v4 · rb0e705f985 20260727Z1751 2 pieces garlic 5 pieces red chilli ½ tsp brown sugar 150 g tomato 5 pieces shallot 150 ml rapeseed oil 75 ml lime juice 100 g peanut 4 pieces anchovy fillet 400 g greens 20 g coriander fine sea salt to taste 🔪 crush garlic with red chilli, brown sugar and salt 🌀 mix tomatoes and shallots into the sambal base 🍳 heat rapeseed oil until smoking and pour over the tomato mixture roughly smash the tomatoes with the end of a pestle until just broken up 🌀 stir in lime juice and transfer to a serving bowl 🍳 ⏱ 5-7 min fry peanuts in rapeseed oil until golden 🍽 remove peanuts to paper and sprinkle with salt 🍳 ⏱ 5 min increase heat and sauté shallots, garlic, chilli and anchovies until softened 🍳 ⏱ 2 min cook tat soi stems until just softened 🍳 ⏱ 1 min stir in tat soi leaves with salt and cook until just wilted 🌀 stir in coriander 🍽 s spoon 1/4 of the sambal over the greens and top with all the peanuts Sautéed Greens 🎉 rapeseed oil lime juice fine sea salt coriander
