Preparation steps
- dissolve sugar, yeast, milk, and water in a bowl
- wait 5 minutes until the yeast is bubbling
- mix in olive oil, flour, and salt and knead 6-8 minutes until smooth and elastic
- shape the dough into a ball and place in a lightly oiled bowl
- prove the dough covered in a warm place 45-60 minutes until doubled
- divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and form tight small balls
- rest the dough balls 10 minutes and roll each into a large circle about 1/2cm thick
- preheat a nonstick frying pan and wipe in olive oil coating
- cook a flatbread until bubbling and inflate, flip after 1/2 minutes, cook another 1/2 minutes
