Preparation steps
- whisk the dry batter base
- whisk the wet batter base with kefir and eggs
- combine wet and dry ingredients into a smooth batter
- mix in the melted butter
- whisk the cream cheese mix with remaining kefir and salt
- heat the pan and lightly butter it
- cook 1/4 of cabbage untouched until beginning to brown for about 30 seconds
- ladle in 1/4 batter and cook until the edges are set and beginning to brown for about 3 minutes
- flip and cook for about 2 minutes
- repeat pan-cooking for remaining cabbage and batter until all blinis are done
- fry the bacon until crispy
- fry the eggs until whites are set and yolks still runny
- assemble each blini with an egg, bacon, cream cheese mix, hot sauce, and chives
